In April I purchased a new camera, the brand new Canon EOS 5D Mark III with an EF 24-105 f4/ IS lens. Things will never be the same again. I had some valuable opportunities in April and May to get to know my new tools and I am blown away by the differences. I've heard it said that it doesn't really matter what camera you have, just invest in good lenses. That is good advice to some extent, but feel my photography will be raised to a whole new level with my professional camera AND lenses.
My recent photographic experiences include photographing ~
A wedding in The Fox
The stunning display of blooming tulips at Spokane's Arbor Crest Winery
A trip to Utah and spending time with family
Ogden's Julie Moffit School of Dance's Dress Rehearsal
A trip to Walla Walla, Washington to the Balloon Stampede Festival
My very first trip to Steptoe Butte
Cemetery views on Memorial Day
Whew! And did I mention that we planted our vegetable gardens and all that goes into outdoor spring cleanup? April and May have been busy!!!
Each one of the experiences above deserve their own unique post but won't happen this morning. My goal is to share one experience, one photography tip, or one "must see go do this" each Wednesday. I hope you'll find my posts useful in some way to you and your perspective whatever that might be. Have a good day, and I'll be back soon.
